Student Loan Debt Erased w/ Cash Back

I just want to publicly thank you for your information. I did as you directed and put my foot on their neck about discharging my loan. I sent the letter to my loan servicer and the Department of Education simultaneously, stating that they were incorrect in telling me that my school wasn’t on the list. After about a month, I finally got a call from a guy from the Department of Education telling me that he’ll contact my loan servicer directly. After about 3 weeks, I just got a call today from my loan servicer telling me that my loan was going to be discharged, AND that they will contact the credit bureaus to have them removed. They also have to pay me back the money that I’ve been paying as monthly payments over the last 3 years, a total of about $2500. I can’t thank you enough and tell you how happy I am about this! After filing a lawsuit against them for errors on my credit report that they wouldn’t fix, (which unfortunately was thrown out because the judge told me I had to file it federally, but whatever) tons of emails and phone calls, and time and energy wasted, this all went away from the information YOU gave me.
